Single-Specialty Group Ophthalmology Job in Virginia, Minnesota
This Ophthalmology opportunity in Virginia, Minnesota is offered as a Single-Specialty Group arrangement — one of several practice structures under which this permanent position is available, alongside solo-independent, multi-specialty group, and hospital/clinic/MSO-employed options. In a single-specialty group, you join an established practice of physicians within your own specialty, where clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration are already in place. Call is typically shared across the group's physicians, and the setting offers peer collaboration within ophthalmology along with shared business overhead, reducing the administrative burden compared to solo practice.
This role carries no emergency department call. The position is offered under several possible financial structures, including income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or contract, with the financial offering listed as Open.
Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, trained through allopathic (MD) or osteopathic (DO) pathways, and either American or foreign medical graduates. Applicants should hold US citizenship or a green card, and experience levels ranging from currently in training to very experienced are considered.
