Single-Specialty Group Ophthalmology: Pediatric Job in Duluth, Minnesota
This pediatric ophthalmology position in Duluth, Minnesota is offered as a single-specialty group opportunity, one of several practice structures available for this role. In this arrangement, you would join an established practice of physicians in your own specialty, with clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration already in place. Call is typically shared across the group's physicians, and the group setting offers peer collaboration within your specialty along with shared business overhead, reducing the administrative burden compared to solo practice.
Emergency department call for this role follows a 1:5 rotation. This is separate from any call shared internally among the group's physicians as part of the standard group-practice arrangement.
This position may be structured under several financial arrangements, including income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or contract, and the financial offering is listed at the "Open" tier. Candidates who are board certified or board eligible, trained through allopathic or osteopathic pathways, and either U.S. citizens or green card holders are considered, spanning experience levels from those currently in training to very experienced physicians.
