JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Two to five years of experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or in an emergency medicine setting is preferred but will consider recent residency completion
Licensure requirements of the state of Texas
Unrestricted DEA certificate
DOT Certification or willing to obtain
Board Certification or eligibility in a related field
