This OBGYN: General position in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement, one of the structures under which this role is available (it is also offered through a single-specialty group). As a W-2 employee, you would work under an employment agreement while the employer administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and typically supplies the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure — allowing you to focus on clinical care rather than practice administration.
Compensation is structured through an income guarantee combined with a production bonus under the employment agreement, with the financial offering listed at the national average tier. A partnership opportunity is available. Call responsibilities include a patient call rotation of 1:6 or better and an emergency department call rotation of 1:6 or better.
The role is open to candidates who are board certified or board eligible, trained via MD or DO pathways, and either American medical graduates or foreign medical graduates, provided you hold US citizenship or a green card. Physicians currently in training, recently trained, or experienced are all welcome to apply.

Join an established practice in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. with a call schedule of 1:10, you'll have time to recharge on your post-call day.
Deliveries take place at Coastal Carolina Hospital and Hilton Head Hospital, both of which have dedicated Women's Pavilions. Coastal Carolina also boasts a Level II nursery. Plus, we have a DaVinci robot available to enhance patient care.
