DESCRIPTION: Start Date: January 23^rd, 2024 – ongoing.

Exploring: One Provider for Clinic & One Provider for Call.

Clinic (On-site): 50 % coverage/month

·         Average clinic patience per day: 10-20

·         Clinic full days are typically. 9a first patient and 4:30 last patient - out by 5

·         Three: 1/2-days shifts, 9a-12p or 1p-5p.

·         One: full-day – 1^st patient at 9 am, last patient 4:30 pm, out by 5 pm.

·         20 contact hours in clinic (three 1/2 days - one full day)

·         EMR: EPIC

Call (L&D/Surgery): 50 % coverage/month

·         Average calls/month: 10-15

·         Afterhours call (done from home/hotel) & City Call

·         Call is usually 24 hours, switches over at 7am.

·         Weekend Call: Friday - Monday at 7 or 8a.

Additional information:

·         Call will be in market to go on-site. It is not restricted to in-house calls.

·         Provider must be able to be on-site within 30 minutes for emergency responses.

·         Phone consults for the entire shift, with flexibility to go on-site to perform:

• L&D/Emergency Consult/Surgery

Surgery day: Mon (am) + Fri (am): Average delivery: less than 1 delivery/surgery per day.

·         Labor and Delivery, Gynecologic surgery, CNM Back Up.

·         Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site.

REQUIRED: 

• BC, NRP, ACL/BLS, DEA

• Active DE license -or- IMLC license (with LOQ in hand) 

• Malpractice provided, seeking clean record.

• OB-GYN Residency

Required Procedures: All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting.

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

• Rates: Hourly, 24-Hour call (include 4 hours gratis), Night call (include 2.5 hours gratis), Call Back
