Full time hospital employed position with an independently owned community hospital in a centrally located Florida community. Based out of a hospital owned clinic on campus with 1 other OBGYN provider and 2 mid-levels in the clinic. Onboarding physician does NOT have to take 1:2 call. Open to negotiating call schedule.

MGMA 50%, Quarterly Incentives based off of RVU and quality, etc. Deferred compensation plan for call as well. CME allowance, PTO, 401K, benefits etc.
