We have an immediate need for an OB/GYN in Northern Arizona . The position will begin as soon as credentialing is complete. The location is looking to accept a candidate who wants Locums work for 12 weeks, and they are open to a long term commitment up to 12 months or more.

The candidate selected can expect to work 4 10 hour shifts for a 40 hour work-week. This will be a variety of outpatient with rounding. Our on call would be for 2^nd call high risk OB.  GYN admissions and GYN surgery as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current CV
• ANY state license- copy of license
• BC/BE in your field
• Copy of Board Certification, Training Certs, and MD Diploma
• Copy of DEA
• 3 Current Reference letters or contacts
