Hospital / Clinic Employed Neurology Job in Portsmouth, Ohio
This neurology position is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed role, meaning you would join as a W-2 employee rather than manage a separate practice entity. The employer handles compensation administration, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and provides the clinical facility and supporting infrastructure — an arrangement suited to physicians who want to focus on clinical care rather than business operations.
Compensation here is structured as an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed as Open. A signing bonus and loan assistance are also included. Call responsibilities include a 1:3 patient call rotation, and the position carries no emergency department call.
This permanent role is open to candidates who are Board Certified or Board Eligible, trained as MD or DO, and either American or foreign medical graduates. Applicants should hold US citizenship or a Green Card and have prior clinical experience. The position is based in Portsmouth, Ohio, in a community setting ranging from under 10,000 to just under 100,000 residents.
