Acute Care, Critical Care, Neurology, Acute Care, Critical Care, Neurology.  Large healthcare system is recruiting an experienced candidate.  Candidate will perform admissions, histories, physical exams, ongoing patient assessments, daily rounding, and ICU procedures (arterial lines, central lines, and intubation). Employed  position with hospital privileges at a Level 1 Trauma Medical Center.   Multidisciplinary team including 9 neurosurgeons, including 3 dual-trained cerebrovascular neurosurgeons, an interventional neurologist, a neurointensivist, neurologists, a neuro-oncologist,  neurohospitalists, 12 NSICU ACNP’s/PA’s and 4 Stroke NP’s/PA’s.  24-bed NSICU led by Neurointensivist, Large rehab center providing both inpatient and outpatient support to neurology patients, Supervising physician is an experienced Neurointensivist.  Excellent mentorship and orientation programs with the ability to perform ICU procedures.  Inpatient only with no call.  24/7 service will include some nights and some weekend shifts.  Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits to include: annual administrative stipend, relocation assistance, vacation and sick time, malpractice (with tail), 401k matching program/457b, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.  ONLY CANDIDATES WITH 2 YEARS OF NEUROLOGY OR NEUROCRITICAL CARE WILL BE CONSIDERED.  NO NEW GRADS.
