General Neurologist
Our client in Northeast Kentucky is currently looking for 2 permanent General Neurologists to start immediately as current doctor is retiring after 23 years. The two new General Neurologists will build a practice with 4 other Neurologist and 1 PA who has been working there for 8 years. The client is also willing to consider locums to perm.
Requirements:
- Must be BC or BE
- Must have completed Neurology residency
- Able to sponsor J1A and H1B visa candidates
Practice Details:
- Outpatient clinic with huge established patient population + Inpatient consult service
- Shifts: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- Clinic has on-site EMG and EEG with technicians
- Call 1:3, phone coverage. Doc that has been working there 2 years has NEVER been called into the hospital since he started working there
- Affiliated hospital is 214 Beds. They see 2-8 consults per week. They have a very competent ED service and stroke team that handles neuro emergencies
- General bread and butter neuro: Headaches, Botox, Stroke, Seizures, etc
