Two physician Nephrology practice looking for a third in beautiful coastal community of over 300,000. Practice works out of multiple units and two Hospital systems. Call would be rotated on a q 3 weekend basis, with the opportunity to pick up additional weekends to speed growth. The negotiated package would include a salary guarantee for the first 2 years that would lead to partnership. One would need to show the ability to maintain growth and work well as a team member. A structured bonus during the first two years is used to encourage individual and group growth. Malpractice and employee's health insurance is included. A relocation bonus will also be included in the offer. The candidate can start as soon as Texas license and local hospital credentialing is established. Three weeks of paid time off for vacation & medical meetings are included. I will also cover any of the employer financial obligations for your sponsorship and green card process.
