Single-Specialty Group Nephrology Job in McAllen, Texas

Join an eight physician Nephrology Group looking to replace someone retiring in December (72 yo) and need immediate replacement- Group has 1200 dialysis patients at 10 units and 7 hospitals all within 15 minutes except for 1 unit. They utiliize two nurse practitioners. They do not admit- do no biopsies of caths. Call would be 1:3,will go to 1:4 in summer. Spanish is a plus. 3 years to partnership for hard asset buy-in. $225-250K to start plus full benefits including 401K
