join a two person practice looking for an additional associate in Southern Texas. Call will be 1:3. It is a well established practice has over 200 dialysis patients numerous units in an around the area. They have the assistance of a PA to help cover the patients at the units. It is a 100% Nephrology practice. They work with three hospital systems doing consults. Starting salary will be competitive with malpractice, individual health insurance and the potential for directorship and Joint Venturing. The senior physician plans to turn the practice over to the junior physicians in the next few years. The population of the city alone is 300,000. Located about 90 minutes from San Antonio.
