We are seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our Primary Care team at Asante in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon. This practice is outpatient-only and is fully supported by our employed Hospitalist staff. Join our collegial team of physicians and advance practice providers with an excellent support staff. Highlights of the opportunity include: - Base salary of $210,000 - $220,000 per year - Performance bonus incentives of up to $20,000 per year - $50,000 signing bonus - $12,500 relocation assistance - $5,000 annual CME allotment - Excellent health, dental, vision & retirement benefits - 30 days of paid time off per year Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency program. License / Certification Requirements: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association; Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
