Requirements for the Internal Medicine 

• American Board of Medical  Board Certification

• State Medical License 

Responsibilities and Duties of the Internal Medicine

• Diagnose and Treat chronic diseases or disorders, acute illnesses and infections or injuries

• Prescribe treatments or therapies, and medications. Administer non-intravenous medications

• Collect and record medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professional and Analyze test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment.

• Provide health and wellness advice to patients and monitor progress or responses to treatments

• Conduct research to increase knowledge about medical issues.

• Prepare official health documents or records

• Operate on patients to treat conditions and supervise patient care personnel
