Traditional practice with combined inpatient and outpatient work. 4 or 4.5 day office week in the office and share in a 1 in 13 hospital call schedule. They have electronic medical records. Round on patients in the ICU. The patient base is very low managed care. They are offing a competitive base salary starting in the $180000 range plus incentive bonuses.
