Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, OH Model • 7 on 7 off Block Shifts Monday through Sunday • 4 hospitalists on during the day and 1 hospitalist and 1 house doc on at night • Hospitalist work 1 week of nights every 10th week • EMR McKesson (dictating H&P’s) • Respond to all codes, rapid responses (CAT team) • Anesthesia 24/7 and Intensivists during the day • Open ICU (1 Intensivist on during the day every day, then on call) We offer • Clinical support from over 90 full time hospitalists within the company • Stable practice with leadership opportunities • great sub-specialty support with award winning nursing staff • Malpractice insurance • 401K
