About This Solo / Independent Practice Opportunity

This Internal Medicine: General position in Kansas City, Missouri is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, alongside other available structures such as single-specialty group, community health center/FQHC, and contract options. In this arrangement, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed — billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. Start-up support in the form of an income guarantee is part of the associated financial structure, helping offset the early period of building your practice, while the business responsibilities and financial upside remain yours as the owner.

The financial offering for this listing is noted as the national average tier. Call responsibilities include a patient call rotation of 1:6 or better, and the position carries no emergency department call obligation.

This opportunity is open to candidates across a range of experience levels, including those currently in training, recently trained, or more experienced physicians, and is available to both allopathic and osteopathic MDs/DOs, whether trained domestically or abroad, holding U.S. citizenship or a green card.
