A Family Health Center is eastern Connecticut is expanding. This regional health center covers several towns in its serving area and they are in need of a new Internal Medicine physician. The staff provides a full range of preventative and primary care medical services to all ages including health maintenance of chronic diseases patient case management as well as complete dental services. This client also offers a mobile dental program that operates in northeastern Connecticut. This group is looking for physician capable of providing quality primary care services . The schedule will be Monday-Friday OUTPATIENT ONLY.
