This pediatric hospitalist position in Klamath Falls, Oregon is a permanent role offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement. As a W-2 employee, the hospital or clinic serves as both the recruiting and paying entity, handling compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, while providing the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure.
