THE OPENING
Join a growing, evidence-based OB hospitalist program supporting two
high-volume medical centers in a major Southwest metro — both featuring
Level III NICUs. You'll practice within a nationally recognized women's
health collaborative backed by one of the largest MFM community practices
in the country, providing 24/7 support and real clinical integration.
This is a model built differently — patient-focused, and
committed to redefining outcomes for women and babies.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
- 2026 shift rates: $1,650 – $2,090 per shift
- Shift differential: $540
- Full-time: 10-12 hour shifts per month
- Two premier medical centers — both with Level III NICUs
- 24/7 MFM support and collaboration — integration is core to the model
- Collection, performance, and incentives
- Teaching openings — residents, hospital staff, and others
- Robust professional development program including:
* Fetal monitoring certification
* Transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) assessment training with MFMs
* Basic OB ultrasound skills training with MFMs
* Critical care obstetrics course (SMFM)
* Fetal echocardiography option
* BLS certification
* Implicit bias training
- Full EHR, voice dictation, PACS, and top-of-the-line ultrasound equipment
- Genetic counselors and advanced practitioners
