This permanent Neurology hospitalist opportunity in San Antonio, Texas is offered as a non-clinical case management role, one of two arrangements available for this position alongside a single-specialty group option. In this capacity, you would apply your clinical judgment outside direct patient treatment — reviewing cases, coordinating care, and working with insurers, employers, or health systems on utilization and care decisions, typically in a salaried, business-hours setting without call. Consistent with that structure, this listing carries no call obligation.
The position is structured under an employment agreement and may incorporate an income guarantee, straight employment, or a production bonus component, depending on the contract terms; the financial offering for this listing is noted as open. Candidates should be board certified, hold an MD or DO from a US medical school, be experienced in practice, and be authorized to work as a US citizen. This role is based in a metro area with a population of 500,000 or more.
