Solo / Independent Practice Hospitalist: Neurology Job in Aventura, Florida
This Neurology Hospitalist position in Aventura, Florida is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this role is available. In this model, you would own and run your own practice rather than working as an employee — billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. This structure offers the highest degree of autonomy along with the financial upside of ownership, balanced by taking on the associated business and administrative responsibilities yourself.
To support the transition into independent practice, an income guarantee is available as part of the financial structure, and the financial offering for this listing is set at the Open tier. Additional support includes relocation assistance and a signing bonus.
The role carries no patient call and no emergency department call obligations. It is open to physicians who are board certified or board eligible, trained through allopathic or osteopathic programs, and at various stages of experience from recently trained to very experienced.
