We are seeking a dynamic, strategic and collaborative leader who knows how to build trust and take a team of 35 providers to the next level.

• 450 not-for-profit hospital
• EMR is Epic
• Partial Open ICU - closed during the day; open at night; 24/7 intensivist support; no procedures; no codes
• Support from a very experienced leadership team within the group
• Limited clinical shifts with plenty of administrative time
