Permanent Hospitalist: Internal Medicine Job in Beaver Island, Michigan

The position will be employed by the hospital and offer a highly competitive base salary of 300K

This is not a traditional 7 on-7 off schedule. The current hospitalist are scheduled to work only 10 shifts per month, it's a 8 to 6 pm schedule where you physically have to be in the hospital and then your on call all night each shift. However, you get total of 20 days off each month. 

The current CMO has years of experience in hospitalist settings and is a strong advocate for the hospitalist program at the medical center. The hospitalist can do procedures if he/she is comfortable, but it's not required because of the support staff.

They offer a retention bonus of 10K to 15K per year.

Plus they have 20k Starting Bonus.
