Hospital / Clinic Employed Hospitalist: Internal Medicine Job in Wilmington, Delaware
This hospitalist position in Wilmington, Delaware is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed role, meaning you would be a W-2 employee of the hiring organization rather than an independent contractor. In this arrangement, the employer manages compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and supplies the clinical facility and supporting infrastructure — allowing you to concentrate on clinical care rather than practice administration. The same listing also notes that this role is available through Military/VA and contract pathways, so the employed structure described here is one of several ways this position can be arranged.
Compensation here is structured as an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering for this listing is currently marked as open. Relocation assistance is provided as part of the offer.
The role carries no patient call and no emergency department call rotation. This is a permanent position, and it is not structured with a partnership track.
