Practice Details

Hospitalist Medical Director needed in Memphis Tennessee. You will be employed within large multi specialty group. You will work 7 on 7 off with 12 hour shifts. You will work with 7 full time physicians. Great collaborative and collegial hospitalist and administrative team. This position is located in great suburb of Memphis highly desirable residential area with great public and private schools. You will lead coordination of strategic program development and recruitment. You will provide vision and clinical leadership while building collaborative partnerships with both administration and other internal hospital departments partner with administration on hospital based initiatives ensure patient focused performance metrics with emphiasis on service quality and cost mentor staff and team-based performance lead utilization review and efficient practice methods.
