Practice Details

Hospitalist needed to join group in the Lake Placid New York area. You will work a 7 on 7 off schedule.  You will work 8am to 8pm. The hospital has 100 beds and active staff of 50 physicians board certified in 20 disciplines with many subspecialties and a complement of consulting physicians. The inpatient census is 15. You will be responsible for admissions plus ICU.  The service area is 30000. The hospital is offering a salary of $190000 plus 4 weeks vacation 1 week CME family medical benefits and relocation. This community is surrounded by countless beautiful mountains lakes and rivers. It is just over two and a half hours from Albany NY Burlington VT and Montreal Canada. The winters are quite cold and Spring is late and cool summer short with cool evenings and fall is early and crisp.
