8 physician hospital employed group in the Finger Lakes region of New York is looking to group. The schedule is 4 days on 3 days off 3 days on and the 4 days off. They are all 12 hour shifts and they alternate with blocks of days then blocks of nights. The census is between16 and 18. Work out of only one hospital with 130 beds. They are offering a starting base salary of $180000 with an additional $20000 in incentive bonuses malpractice relocation and excellent benefits that include an extra 4 weeks vacation $4000 CME allowance plus 1 week off health dental retirement plan and more. This community is centrally located between Syracuse and Rochester and has about 15000 residents and a serving area over 100000. Outdoor activities are plentiful with the Finger Lakes nearby.
