Weekly schedule (block/non-block):
 - Block schedule:
   Revolving 5 week blocks as follows:
      Week 1: Round Mon-Sun and admit from 7am-11pm on Sat.
      Week 2: OFF Mon-Sun.
      Week 3: Round Mon-Sun and admit from 7am-11pm on Sun.
      Week 4: OFF Mon-Sun.
      Week 5: Admit Mon-Fri from 2pm-11pm; OFF on Sat+Sun.
       No need to cover overnight shifts
- Closed ICU
- Procedures not required
- Average rounding census is 13-17 patients.
- Average admissions per day from 7am-2pm is 2-4 patients.
- Average admissions per day from 2pm-11pm is 5-8 patients.
- Cover the group’s patients only not unassigned patients
