Hospital / Clinic Employed Hospitalist: Family Medicine Job in New York, New York
This Family Medicine Hospitalist role in New York, New York is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed position. In this arrangement, the employing organization serves as both the recruiting and paying entity: you would work as a W-2 employee, with the employer administering compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and typically supplying the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure. This structure is designed to minimize business and administrative responsibilities so you can focus on clinical work.
Compensation here follows an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the National Average tier. There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this position.
Candidates who are board certified or board eligible are considered, and both MD and DO training backgrounds are accepted. This position is open to physicians across a range of experience levels, from those currently in training to very experienced practitioners.

Our expanding Adult Hospitalist Program is seeking exceptional candidates interested in Full Time Day and Night positions.
Hospitalists are employed by the hospital/ICU covered by Intensivists

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Medical Degree - MD or DO and a valid NYS Medical License

- Proficiency in all procedures, techniques, and skills listed in the delineation of privileges as required for the area of specialty.
- Meet and maintain compliance with all requirements for Medical Staff privileges at White Plains Hospital.
- Compliance with CME requirements (Hospital, Regional, State, and Federal)
- Ability to work well in a professional, collegial atmosphere.
