Multi-Specialty Group Hospitalist: Family Medicine Job in Parkville, Maryland

One Immediate need
Two positions to start July /August 2017
- All inpatient based.
- Workload divided between hospital and Skilled rehab patients
- OR can chose to work at SNF only
- Flexible day time schedule and can make up your own working hours.
- Monday to Friday.
- On call is 13 to 17 weekends per year out of 52 weekends
- No procedures No codes will NOT be round on patients in the ICU
- Work independently as a private Attending Physician with support staff of CRNP and PA at the SNF and the hospital respectively.
- To see on an average 10 pts in the hospital and 12 patients in the SNF daily.
- SNF patients are stable and for every 1 hospital patient seen equals to seeing 1.75 SNF pts can be seen.(These are not all 22 patients in the hospital setting alone). Just a clarification.

- The SNF are locate within 10 to 15 minutes driving distance from the hospital.(all inpatient work at the SNF center)
- Fully EMR practice and will provide own Laptop with MIFI internet card to do clinical notes from anywhere they like as have full access to EMR from any location.
- Use Medical Dragon with SCRIBE software where all notes can be dictated rather than hand typed.
Salary schedule offering to see the above number pts $220000.00 first year ($225k second year $230k third year) plus incentive bonus to make up to 42K in bonus monies if see more patients.
Incentive bonus monies are paid on a monthly basis.

Four Weeks of PTO including one week of CME. CME is paid at 1500.00 per year.
