Hospital / Clinic Employed Hospitalist: Family Medicine Job in Annapolis, Maryland
This permanent Family Medicine hospitalist opportunity in Annapolis, Maryland is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed position. In this arrangement, you work as a W-2 employee of the hospital or clinic, which administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling and provides the clinical facility and supporting infrastructure — an arrangement designed to let you focus on clinical work rather than business administration.
Compensation is structured through an income guarantee combined with an employment agreement that includes a production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the Open tier. Emergency department call is scheduled at 1:6 or better under this role.

Provides patient education and counsel appropriate to the medical needs of the patient. Maintains current licensure and continuing medical education credits as required by Maryland State Law. Communicates with other physicians about patient treatments/therapy. Takes call for group on scheduled days. Refers patients to appropriate specialists as necessary. Performs duties in accordance with established routine procedures as set forth by the State of Maryland, BPQA (Board of Physicians Quality Assurance), AMA (American Medical Association), HCFA, and AAHS policies. Required Minimum Experience: Completion of residency in specified field of specialty. DEA, and CDS Board certificate in area of specialty.
