Practice Details

Hospitalist Position Between Louisville and Lexington Kentucky. You will work at a hospital with less then 200 beds. Hospitalists will round on regular floor and ICU patients including vent management. You will run codes and intubation if patient was admitted to service. You will work rotating days and nights. The day shift is 6am to 6pm and the night shift is 6pm to 6am on call. The group does use a mid level from Monday through Friday 830am to 5pm. The admissions come from ER and primary care physicians. The daily census is 14 to 18 per physician. Average admissions are 8 to 14 per day. The group is offering a competitive salary and production bonuses.
