Our client in Central Kentucky has a need for 1 locum Hospitalist for maternity leave.
Requirements:
- BC/BE in IM or FP with experience
- ACLS required
- Must have KY license and DEA
- Minimum 5 shifts in a row
Practice Details:
- Provider will be responsible for admissions, running codes, and rounding. Admits is 7-17 per day.
- Shift Times: 8a-8p
- Patients Per Shift: 20 plus admits
- Daily Census: 18-20
- Call: 2-3 pages per hour until midnight, after midnight 2-3 total
- Procedures: Intubations, central lines preferred; current doctors do these procedures
