• Base guarantee salary $220000 plus benefits for B. C.$188000 for B.E but increased to 220000 upon certification.
• The group is currently comprised of 72 physicians approximate a 50/50 split male/female
• No Call
• 162 PTO hours in year one. 264 PTO hour cap.
• Closed ICU no procedures no codes.
