Practice Details

Post Acute position is available in Bullhead City Arizona. You will be joining 2 other primary care physicians. Post-acute care is a special level of care not offered at acute-care hospitals. When patients require post-acute care they are transferred to a facility where the care is tailored to their individual goals. A team of health care professionals including rehabilitation specialists will work with the patient and his or her family to make sure their goals for recovery are achieved.     You will work a Monday-Friday schedule and share in a call schedule. Bullhead City is located on the Colorado River in Mohave County. Population is 39000.
