The Medical Director will partner with and have supervisory oversight of hospice and palliative care physicians and advanced practice nurses working in inpatient and community-based settings.
This position is primarily administrative but offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care as needed. The Medical Director will possess knowledge of current regulations and provide strategic leadership and medical direction to ensure that patients and families receive appropriate and timely medical care and attention. The Medical Director position is 100% on-site; there is no opportunity for a hybrid or tele-health role.
