• 100% in-patient Palliative Care Program
• 1 Physician 2 Nurse Practitioners 1 Programs Director 1 Program Assistant
• Consultative service team rounds 10-15 patient per day
• Volumes = 100 consults per month
• Facilitate family conferences and educate the community 
• Supports long-term care and discharge processes
• Hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm Call on Sundays
• Compensation will be via a direct contract with the medical center with all practice costs covered
• 30 vacation/CME days per year CME allowance is $3K annually
• Malpractice insurance reimbursement

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Palliative Care
• Possess or be eligible for California State License
