Multi-Specialty Group Hematology/Oncology Job in Houston, Texas
This Hematology/Oncology opportunity in Houston, Texas is offered as a permanent position within a multi-specialty group, where you would practice alongside physicians across a range of specialties within one organization. Referral relationships in this model are largely internal, which can help build a patient panel more quickly, and administrative functions are typically handled centrally. It's an employed structure with group-level governance, suited to physicians who value built-in referral flow and an established organizational framework. This same role is also offered under single-specialty group and hospital/clinic/MSO employment structures, giving you flexibility in how you enter the practice.
Compensation is structured as an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the national average tier. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus are included. Call responsibilities include a 1:4 patient call rotation and a 1:4 emergency department call rotation.
The role is open to board-certified and board-eligible physicians, MDs and DOs, including both American and foreign medical graduates, and candidates who are currently in training or recently trained. U.S. citizens and green card holders are eligible to apply.
