Director of Medical Oncology & Hematology Knoxville
Leading oncology group is seeking a Medical Director to lead its growing team of medical oncologists/hematologists and advanced practice providers. The Medical Director will be responsible for the overall clinical oversight for the group and medical oncology program in collaboration with the leadership team. This will include identifying, setting, and measuring group/program goals, ensuring patient safety and quality of care, meeting patient experience targets, management of physicians and advanced practice providers, support for clinical research development, serving as group/program clinical liaison internally and externally, and program development. Qualifications
· Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
· Candidates must be board-certified in medical oncology and hematology
· Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
· Previous effective provider leadership experience
· Tennessee Medical License-eligible
