What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide exceptional clinical care in breast oncology across inpatient and ambulatory settings
- Design, launch, and lead clinical trials in breast cancer
- Engage in and oversee clinical trial activity, partnering with internal and external research teams
- Conduct clinical and translational research across fundamental and applied oncology projects
- Participate in health disparities research and community-based oncology initiatives
- Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in academic clinical environments
About You
- MD or MD/PhD with a strong clinical and research background in Breast Oncology
- Board-certified in Medical Oncology
- Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for MA medical licensure
- Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical and/or translational research
- Commitment to health equity, underserved populations, or disparities research strongly preferred
- Passion for teaching and mentoring trainees at all levels
- Collaborative, intellectually curious, and mission-driven
- Structure of Financial Support: Straight Employment, Employment Agreement with production bonus
