·        Clinic Schedule: 4 days per week (open choice); 8a-5p

·        No call/weekends; only call is during work hours

·        The position is general Oncology – outpatient and only provides consultation if needed to employed hospitalist (rarely occurs) and inpatient rounding only if necessary (rarely occurs)

·        EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED: 

·        IN state license; active, unrestricted

·        Board Certified & Board Eligible

·        ACLS, BLS, CSR, DEA

·        Fellowship required: HemOnc

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
