Required skills and experience:
• Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care or complex patients
• Must have experience treating patients with chronic illnesses
• Home health experience
• Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• EMR experience
• Comfortable treating patients in their homes.
• Must have exceptional communication skills and willingness to lead and build a team.
• Must have the ability to lead and partner with NPs and support them with high risk patient cases.
• Comfortable treating patients in their homes and traveling out in the field with an assigned MA. (**Client will provide a company car to use).

Additional job details:
• Physician will be treating patients in their homes or assisted living with an assigned Certified Medical Assistant.
•Physician will see anywhere from 5-7 patients per day (travel radius is up to 60 miles)
Schedule:
•M-F operation (8-5pm) --no weekends or holidays --Some on call
•Physician will usually start the day off at home and then go with partnering MA out in the field to treat patients
