The University of North Texas Health Science Center, HSC Health, is seeking a qualified staff Geriatrician to provide care within the HSC Center for Older Adults.
HSC Health is the academic clinical practice for the Health Science Center. Focused on improving health outcomes to build a healthier community, HSC Health primary and multi-specialty care clinics are located on the HSC campus in the Cultural District of Fort Worth. Our care teams extend to local hospitals, surgery centers, long-term and continuing care centers, as well as mobile and in-home care. HSC Health’s interprofessional teams work collaboratively to achieve an optimized treatment plan tailored to the individual patient. Minimum Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Must be licensed to practice medicine in Texas or another state or have completed at least two years of postgraduate residency (not limited to the United States); Must have passed the Texas Medical Jurisprudence Examination and must be able to obtain a State of Texas Medical License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Geriatric Medicine
