Geriatric opening in Eastern North Carolina 1 hour south of Raleigh. Work with 3 other physicians and 3 PA’s. Work Monday to Friday from 8 to 5. The job includes outpatient inpatient and nursing home. They also have a PACE program at the hospital. Shared phone call rotation of 1 in 3. See 12 to 18 patients a day. They function like a primary care group for geriatric patients. This will be a salaried position from the hospital with productivity bonuses paid malpractice insurance; relocation and full benefits. The area has over 300000 residents 1 ½ hours from the ocean and 3 hours to the mountains. It’s a great family area with affordable housing and great schools. Some of the best golf courses in the country are in the area. This is also a culturally diverse area.
