Healthcare leader is seeking a BE/BC physician to join Geriatric Post-Acute Care team in Springfield, Missouri. This physician will see patients in the skilled nursing facility and long term care settings. Candidates may be BE/BC in geriatric medicine, internal medicine or family medicine.
Position highlights:
· Join 7 physicians in well-established Geriatric Medicine group
· Cover 3 skilled nursing and/or long term care facilities with the potential for medical directorships
· Support from APPs and a Director of Post-Acute Care who serves as a liaison with the facilities
· Mon-Fri schedule
· Position allows for flexibility in daily schedule start and end times
· 1:5 evening/weekend call- phone calls only
