Solo / Independent Practice Geriatrics Job in Duluth, Minnesota
This permanent Geriatrics position in Duluth, Minnesota is offered as a solo or independent practice opportunity — one of several arrangements available for this role. In this structure, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed: billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports this path through an income guarantee, which is listed among the financial structures for this position, helping offset start-up costs while you establish the practice.
Choosing this option means taking on the administrative and business responsibilities of ownership yourself, in exchange for the highest level of autonomy and the direct financial upside that comes with running your own practice. The financial offering for this listing is noted as open, reflecting flexibility in how compensation is structured under this and the other available arrangements.
