Carle Physician Group is seeking a full-time BE/BC Geriatrician in Urbana, Illinois to join an established department.
Practice opportunity details include:
· Primary responsibilities include nursing home coverage, sub-acute, rehabilitation and ambulatory clinic
· Planned clinic schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
· Join 5 Geriatricians along with 6 Nurse Practitioners and full-time nursing staff
· Hospital practice is not required; 16 Adult Hospitalists and 2 Geriatric Hospitalists to assist with hospital admissions
· Physician will be on call for their nursing home patients Monday-Friday and take call 1 in 10 weekdays/weekends for Geriatrics service call (for ambulatory clinic patients)
