Solo / Independent Practice Geriatrics Job in Orlando, Florida
This Geriatrics position in Orlando, Florida is offered as a solo / independent practice arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this role is available. In this model, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed: billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports this kind of start-up through an income guarantee, which aligns with the financial structures listed for this opportunity.
Choosing this option means taking on the administrative and business responsibilities of ownership in exchange for greater autonomy and direct financial upside as your practice grows. The financial offering for this listing is noted as National Average, presented here as the listed offering rather than a guaranteed figure.
The role carries no emergency department call. Because this same position is also offered under other structures — including group, employed, FQHC, and contract arrangements — you may want to compare how those options differ from independent practice before deciding which best fits your goals.
